3 MINUTE BREAKFAST | Delicious, Quick Oatmeal with Fruit (VIDEO)
Breakfast should never be boring. Don’t worry if you can’t cook or don’t have time, this oatmeal recipe is easy and tastes great. Early on in my quest to get healthy, be a better cook, and eat well, I started with simple dishes like this to get into the groove of cooking. Try it out and let me know how you like it!
Ingredients:
– 3/4 cup Ouick Oats
– Handful of mixed nuts w/raisins
– Chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp protein powder (all optional)
– 1/2 teaspoon of honey
– Pinch of salt
– Sliced fruit
– Hot water
Directions:
Mix the oats, nuts, seeds/protein powder, honey and salt together in a bowl.
Add hot water until you reach your desired texture. I like my oatmeal not to dry, not too wet.
Add fruit and more water.
And serve!
